Providers across the country use our AlgoDiagnosticsTM on tens of thousands of patients per year to make early, accurate, and often life-saving interventions.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team and lead the charge toward fulfilling our mission: No more more avoidable patient deaths due to late diagnoses.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to and supporting our rapidly growing hospital clientele and install base. Your everyday tasks will include:
  • Designing and executing implementation plans alongside clinical leadership
  • Configuring our product settings to best suit customer needs
  • Ensuring the most positive customer experience by maximizing product value
  • Maintaining dozens of customer relationships following product launch
  • Working closely with the technical team to oversee product and feature development
